You will be a first Man/Women on the ground in the French territory, supporting a team of exceptional account executives in taking a sales enablement SaaS platform to the French market.

Identifying and engaging with commercial and enterprise level businesses in the French territory will form the majority of your day to day activity, so you’ll get a thrill out of pitching over the phone and closing clients for future meetings.

You will have the opportunity to learn from seasoned sales professionals who have track records for smashing their sales quotas. Olivier, the latest AE, exceeded his targets for the last 5 years, so you don’t have to worry about him making a mess of your appointments.
Structured sales training is often important to BDR’s at this stage of their career, and I get it, you want to learn how to have a process driven approach to sales, right? You’ll be taught MEDDPICC in that case.

Any ambitious person, starting their career in sales is going to be money motivated, amongst other things, of course. So, you will be paid well – €40,000 - €44,000 base and 20% variable on top + stock options and an opportunity to over achieve.

This is likely to be your first role within SaaS sales, so past experience isn’t essential, but what is essential is that you have a can-do attitude, you are driven and want to be successful and build a career in sales.

Given the complexity of the product that you will be selling, it’s important that you have an appetite to learn and are naturally very curious. Someone who enjoys researching new technology and learning about business would fit in well here.
