The company are looking for a Sales Director to be based in Northern Germany to continue their growth into new territories. Having already signed a large enterprise client they look for an entrepreneurial individual to expand their operations by winning new business.

- Fully supported by the CEO and C suite of the business to ensure success
- First on the ground in Germany
- Industry leaders within the business who are seen as “thought leaders”
- Opportunity to progress into Country Manager or EMEA Sales director
- Agile company with no red tape or bureaucracy
- OTE €150k-€170k
- 5+ years’ experience as a consultative seller closing large 6-7 figure deals
- Good qualification methodology & good sales funnel acumen
- Ability to understand and create tailored digital solutions to large enterprise clients
- Experience of selling bespoke application development/digital transformation solutions
- German and English speaking
