Strive have partnered with a Tier 1 VC-backed industry-trusted automated threat modelling platform. They are Gartner recognised as a leader & operate globally.

They are on the Hunt for their 1st BDR on the ground in the DACH territory.

The Company

  • HQ: Spain (Strong presence in US & EMEA)
  • Use cases: Telefonica / Deutsche Bahn – Signed with no presence in Germany through inbound leads.
  • Series A – Soon to raise Series B.

The Leadership

  • CEO has 20+ years of experience as a business leader. Founded this business as he noticed a clear gap in the market.
  • CRO – You will have the opportunity to report directly to the CRO. In his previous business he grew the revenue from scratch, embedded new methodologies, new process, built a scalable process and hired a great sales team which led to a multibillion-dollar acquisition. He knows how to scale start-ups, grow teams – to learn from him & have the opportunity to report directly to him as an SDR is a very valuable opportunity.

The Role & Package details

  • Business development representative
  • €80-90k OTE
  • Equity
  • Full marketing support 50% inbound leads
  • Full Use of necessary tech stacks (Sales Navigator, Outreach, Salesforce etc…)

Interview Process

(Maximum of 2 weeks)

  • 1st Call with CRO
  • 2nd Call with Sales Development Team Lead
  • 3rd Call with CRO
